I would prefer not to have to swap spit with Mad Fran. Legitimately, it's probably venom that's being shot out of his mouth.
I don't know about venom, but I'm pretty sure just like the TCU horned frogs, when Fran gets mad enough he shoots blood out of his eyes.

Never too late to learn. That said, I am not unkind to volunteers or service workers. Personally, I would not get caught dead working any kind of hate organization or giving them money.
Started back up the effort to drop the pounds I gained over the last year. So I am tracking my eating and getting back to more routine exercise. Didn't pack my lunch sandwich and knew I'd get home later and with it being blood donation day, I swung through Quikstar and grabbed something. Bought one of their on special cheeseburgers.

I stopped in Mason City and got one of those on one of my trips back from Iowa a month or so ago. It was fine except for the chunk of gristle I found in it. But what do you expect from a convenience store sandwich...
I figured it was a 70/30 meat/fat burger. Now believe that may be optimistic.
Side note, wife got a new dishwasher earlier this year, she managed to get one we can barely hear. Last one I picked up sounded like a garbage disposal going at times.

Went to Home Free show at CY Stephens last night, so didn't get to see Brock and his team either. Did check score, etc. when it was OK to do so. It was a great show, and I'm happy for Brock. Good night even though I didn't get to bed until closer to 11, which is way past my bedtime on a school night...

Flipping channels and landed on "Classic Basketball" on Cyclones TV. Watching the 1996 Big 8 Championship game against Kansas. All of a sudden Lew blurts out "Isn't that Hightower? Isn't he still reffing?"
