Hope you're at least getting hazard pay out of this. That's the least the government can do for you and your family for sending you over there for a year like that.

Excellent. There is no way in hell I'd go back into theater if I couldn't carry. Obviously not a problem being in the military, but the KBR guys weren't allowed to. That would make me feel real uncomfortable.
Keep the morale high and keep us informed! 20+ years in the military and still going strong on the civilian side, you are a true American hero. My thoughts go out to you and your family.
