They did this at a game a few years ago. I guess it is a away to keep fans in the seats during a bad loss.

For some that would help, but everyone knows fireworks will happen on the 4th of July and it's still an issue for some with PTSD. I think it's a valid concern to bring up but I'm glad the city council decided to approve this, should be awesome.
