i would say my priorities for 07 would be:
1. P'Allen Stinnett
2. Diante Garrett
3. Andre McFarland

I would say my priorities for 08 would be:
1. Jared Berggren
2. Kenton Walker
3. Jeremiah Kelly
4. Tristan Thompson

What are your guys priorities?

I think your top three are pretty much the staff's top three. It will be interesting to see how many take visits to Ames.

A Little Different Order

Among the 2007 class:

1) Brackens- committed. Can never have enough size and we're pretty thin in the post if either C. Johnson or Marsden don't pan out.

2) Garrett - McIntosh is the only true PG on our roster and is a junior. The one position where we desperately need to bring in a player this year is PG so he can back-up McIntosh for 1 year and be ready to start as a soph.

3) Stinnett - We are light at wing guards with only Taylor, Dunson and maybe W. Johnson for the 07/08 season.

4) I'll take the best shooting wing player we can find. Ideally, a kid who has the size & quickness to play either WG or WF.

In the 2008 class:

1) PG - Kelly sounds good
2) Post
3) WG/WF - ditto #4 above
4) Another Post

Creditability

It's a little difficult to give your rating much creditability, when you don't even get the recruits into the right class. Kenton Walker is a 2007 recruit. It is also pointless to speculate about 2008 when we don't even know who will be in the 2007 class. Carry on.

I thought pointless speculation was kind of the point of message boards in the offseason.

And Jeremy seems to think that Kenton walker is an '08 prospect becaue thats what he is at in the MBB Recruiting section of this site, and also from some of the articles I was reading about him, he was a sophomore in high shool this past year, so unless hes super smart hes an '08 prospect.
