Predictions for '08

Since Obama won I wanted to update how my predictions are going so far.

Let's see how I do.

The average temperature in 2008 will actually go down from 2007=?

Chrysler will get bought out=It's looking that way

The hot thing in automobiles will go from hybrid motors to diesel=Nope. Diesel prices went up too much

The dow will end 2008 at 12,750=Wow was I wrong

XM and Sirius will be approved for a merger=Correct

Directv will finally carry local channels in HD=Correct

Big 10 network will agree to a contract with Mediacom. Mediacom will put it on it's main tier but at a big discount.=Correct but I don't know what I meant by big discount

Blu-Ray will have a dominant share in the HD war=Correct

Missouri will win the Big 12 north football=Likely

Oklahoma will win the Big 12 south football=Unlikely

Obama will be elected president=Correct

Iowa State football tickets will go up at least 7%=Correct
