like the question on Hilton, but man, the loudness just isn't the same without all the students there.
It wasn't going to be insane last night either way. It's been insane without students before.

But an unfamiliar, unthreatening, unexciting opponent in a game where you're a 16.5-point favorite and, despite not playing well and letting them stay around too long, never really felt in doubt. It just isn't a recipe for an electric environment, with or without students.

Line start forming for the KU?
Not necessary, as the students are still out on break. The lower (parquet-level) sections of Cyclone Alley had tickets sold as general admission, but all other student section tickets were sold to the general public as assigned seating.

Had a couple beers with him while he was coaching at CSU and both CSU and ISU were playing in Louisville. Fun guy, loved Iowa State at that point...had worked a bunch of camps there and had some good stories.

I hope Utah is patient with him

He's an outstanding coach and a great human being. Won at freaking South Dakota and rebooted Utah State to what they are now after a bad hire after Stew Morill. Just hope he gets the opportunity to turn it.
Looking at their forums I don’t think they’re very patient and don’t seem to like him

Thanks, was wondering about this. Old man comment: Seems like break is so much longer than it was when I was in college.
