Playing better? O-line or D-line

Which ISU line unit is playing better football?

I'd argue the D-line is playing better ball thus far. I felt like they had a good push this game as well, but Petty still made most of his throws.

Sam was definitely off with some throws today, but I think the pressure played a part. It almost seemed like Sam knew he had to make some of those deep throws in 1 vs. 1 coverage because that's what Baylor was giving us, but he couldn't make it happen today.

Our run blocking was rarely blocked to pick up 1 yard today. We can win a few games but not without at least a passable run game.

Today probably d-line. Our o-line had good pass blocking against Iowa and K-State, but run blocking has been very suspect so far. Whether it's personnel or change in coaching it's evidently gonna take a while to get much of a push in the run game.

D-line because they're playing alright given the fact that we've lost so many guys. O-line can't seem to give us much of a running game, but they played well against the Hoks.

O-line was baaad tonight. Although Baylor definitely has the best d-line ISU has seen so far. Much more explosive.

D-line is actually looking pretty decent. Might be the best we have had since 2005. Considering Baylor gets plays off in like 2 seconds I thought we saw decent pressure.

D line. The o line has shown flashes of competence throughout the season but until they start opening holes for the running backs and giving Sam time to go through his progressions on a consistent basis the entire defense is going to continue to be put in impossible spots. Too many short fields and three and outs.
