From what I've heard, Rhoads is probably more strict (and DEFINITELY more vocal) in practice than Chiz, but is a lot more laid back outside of the practice setting.

Sorry, I didn't clarify where I meant strict, and yes I meant he's less strict outside of practice when players actually sit down and talk with him and during weekly workouts

33's info was going to dry up sooner or later. He is an ex-player who was still close to some of last year's players. I'm pretty sure that some of the guys who he was closest to have since moved on.

I still miss his good inside intel, especially the last few days of the Chiz.
