Plans for New Year's Eve

No big plans as of yet. I am actually content just spending time with my wife and kids. Last year we did the all night party thing and I realized how old I feel. Will be nice though now that the bars are smoke free. THat might have been alot of my issue.
No idea but I heard they are going to close down Court Ave and have a big ball drop celebration, so that sounds interesting...
Nothing...I hate this holiday..crowds are crazy,covers are stupid and good luck getting a cab anywhere in DSM on NYE.

New Year's Eve and St. Pattie's Day are amateur hour at bars. Best case scenario is a couple friends at a house and let loose.
Fall asleep by 10:30 like every other New Years eve. Hopefully talk the wife into one last "celebration" in 2008, but that is unlikely.
My wife will be out of town with the kid since she's on winter break, so I'll spend new years with my dog and my xbox. I'd rather be at home than go out.
I'm going to play World of Warcraft into the new year and then "Pone" some "newbs" right before jumping off the balcony because I realized how sad my life is.
We're heading to the ISU basketball game that day, then to El Rodeo for dinner with friends who are coming in from Fargo, ND. Then we'll probably do some bar hopping the rest of the night.
