I don't shop on eBay, but what's the deal with saying he'll put million dollar bids on everything. Why is that a threat?)
So people stop bidding when the price gets too high. Then he will automatically win everything and not pay.
ebay has a policy for accidental bids that are way out of line. One time I accidentally bid 2,500 on a piece of silver bullion when market price was 250. Clearly that was a mistake so the seller just relisted it and we were fine.

No. But she complains she doesn't make enough now that she has a new harley, crownline boat, and huge storage building with bathroom and kitchen.

Easy answer. Tell him it will cost ten bucks to ship it and when you receive the money you will send it back. You might also tell him your packing and transport to shipping site are being done gratis because you are a nice guy.
