***Official State Fair Confessions***

In an effort to spice up Friday confessions, I thought a State Fair theme would be fitting for the time. Everyone has a story or two from the fair. If you don't have any stories, confess something else about the fair.

I spend a ridiculous amount of time at Stockmen's. Everybody thinks I am crazy that one of my favorite foods at the fair is the fries at Stockmens.

I confess I don't like going to the fair.

I went to the REO Speedwagon concert a few years ago and it was so bad that I have never enjoyed any REO Speedwagon song the same.

I understand the fair is a huge draw for the area, Just not something I've ever been very much into. Never really had a bad time there, just not something I prioritize.
It is people-watching at its finest though.

State Fair concerts are the worst. Will never go to another again.

I once ate 8 walking tacos at the state fair to win a bet.

We walked into the fair, saw a stand that had walking tacos and I said I could eat one of those every hour that we are here and a friend bet me $50 that I wouldn't/couldn't.

At Stockmens, don't pay for the bigger sized beer. The small and the large cups looks different but it's the same amount of beer.

I'm working the craft beer tent Sunday, one for you one for me. Hope i make it thriough the shift.

i'm taking my 6 and 4 year old with their cousins and my brother. hopefully just the animal barns and some fair food and get out before the "Reunion" starts.

looks like a great day weather wise so i am sure the fair will be packed.

We're going to take our daughter to the zoo this weekend, specifically because we're hoping that the fair will draw people away and leave the zoo relatively empty.

The fair is not my cup of tea at all.

My family went to Peter Frampton at the fair a few years ago and he was pretty good
