These scrappy teams are hard to put away. Just stay the course and the Cyclones will wear them down eventually, like what Illinois did to Morehead earlier. Need to stop settling and attack the rim more.
Yep, pretty much.

There was never a reason to worry. This team was never losing this game, they're too good and composed to lose a game like this.

Hoping Washington State beats Drake in a 4 overtime game that ends in a street brawl with multiple WSU starters being disqualified for the rest of the tournament.
Whomever we face, I hope they are fully healthy & we kick their ass

I feel like Lipsey might be okay.... but Ward doesn't look good at all. And NO reason whatsoever for him to have been out there playing. Just idiotic.

Pavs, Omaha, Conrad etc should have been in there.

I rewound it and couldn't get a good bead on how bad the roll was.

Niang played on his broken foot.

I was sitting fairly close to the Iowa State bench when Georges went down in that game. He went to the locker room and when the trainer came back to talk to Hoiberg, you could just see the blood drain out of his face. I'll never forget it. I'll also remember riding a bus back to our hotel with a bunch of very happy Iowa State fans and being sick because I knew that Georges was toast (I think most people thought he was OK because he played for a few minutes after he hurt it). Of course, on Sunday we had one of my most favorite Iowa State wins ever :)
