I dont care about whether it was 'only' the big 12 tourney, this wasn't helpful. The first round matchup will be more important that it should for the seed we are going to have.

He's fair game just like everyone else. We should have adjusted to that screen.

She hit that shot at the beginning and end of the game. It was bricks the rest of the time.

I liked our defense. We kept her away from the rim and didn't foul her. Our problems were offense and rebounding.

You can't give the all time leading scorer in B12 history wide open look after wide open look. It will come back to bite you sooner or later and it did.

An adjustment needed to be made. She hit 3 in a row at the end off that same freakin screen and we did nothing about it.

If you play closer, she just jumps into you and gets a foul called. We couldn't have any foul out due to being down a scorer without Lacey. We guarded her closer at OSU and she made 14 or 16 FT's.

Again, she's only the all-time leading scorer because she's chucked up 2 million career FG. What do you suggest be done that doesn't leave a teammate open or allow her to drive to the basket?

Kneecap her

Seriously though...I understand it presents a challenge. Why is it teams can keep the ball away from Bolte all game and I've even seen them do it to Lacey also yet we can't deny the ball to Riley? I'd rather get beat by her teammates than Riley.

So do a junk defense...make her give up the ball. You can't deny 85% of her shots were uncontested jump shots. That just can't be allowed to a player of her caliber. It looked like warmups out there when she would go around that screen.

You are right. Two people ganging up on Stuckey with no step up defender. It happened over and over and over and we never adjusted.

BF doesn't like to double-team - remember the Stanford game?

You live and you learn. Didn't work against Stanford...maybe it would against OSU. Don't know if you don't try and we didn't try. Completely different team than Stanford.

Was ridiculously frustrating to watch. If that were the Men's team, people would be going ballistic at the defense.

And the more I think about it, Okie Lite probably should've won by 10-15. OSU played their best when Riley was actually passing the ball between the 16:00 and 8:00 marks in the second half. We just couldn't score.

The game plan was fine. I personally would've switched up how we were defending that screen for Riley, but that's just my opinion.
