We need to transition to a 4 man front.

Not only do we struggling at the point of attack once teams get the ball rolling, but our DL is WAY better than the LBs as a positional group. We might have the worst LB group in the entire league and their inability to make plays, in particular fill gaps and make plays against the run, has hurt us several times this year.

In general the defense isn't "the problem" but the LBs simply aren't good enough to justify giving up the extra lineman.
