I don’t know how you come to Hilton tonight as a recruit and not commit. How you wouldn’t want to play in the atmosphere is just unthinkable.

I don’t know that it’s the turn-off a lot of people immediately assume it is. If you want to come somewhere and realy focus on your game with less distractions it’s a good spot. It’s probably an effective filter for people that are going to fit in TJs system, to be totally honest.
could you elaborate? Are we 'out' on Janowski as you suggest because of his choice as in stronger interest elsewhere, or because OUR coaches have prioritized others
I hear ya...but we've said this a million times before and they go elsewhere. Way too many variables involved.
From what I have read our staff prioritized Asuma and like where we stand currently.

My dad met JT one of his first days on campus. Small talk about culture shock and how friendly people were and how strange it was to look people in the eye. JT paraphrasing.... You do that where I come from man you'd get shot or stabbed.
He went to practice about about a year later and JT big smile looked him in the eye "hello mr X great to see you" Dad said it was a special moment and they both recognized what had changed in the kid from Brooklyn.
Yeah he is built like a grown man. Not like a 16 or 17 year old. Also, i would be suprised if he was not playing for Iowa State in 2 years.
I’ve also heard the staff thinks we’re okay with where we’re at on PG with Lipsey being an absolute dawg and getting Williams back next year. I think they’d still take Asuma but don’t be surprised if we cool on Asuma and go all in on CS Jr. in the 2025 class
