I heard Tom Kakert on the radio today and he says Foster is an Iowa lean and said “the rumor that Xavier’s GF goes to ISU is just a rumor and no one knows that for sure”.

She technically goes to Dmacc but is enrolled in enough ISU classes to be a cheerleader there.

Not sure what to make of the Iowa State reporters (Williams, Stans, Halsted, Randy Pete) being so quiet on his recruitment lately. Meanwhile Hawk reporters are all over this thing (interview with his father etc...) Seems like a pretty private kid maybe ISU coaching staff called in a favor to local media to give Xavier his space?

I think the Iowa program is a little more desperate for a savior right now.

Losing Foster would be disappointing for sure, for us, but I think with our current roster, other possibilities, and Prohm and his staff's long-term record of attracting high-level talent to Ames, we would be fine one way or another. Can't say that about Fran.

Quiet confidence is always a better look than desperate boasting.
