Noted in Bossi's Starting 5 Rivals150 guard Isaac Likekele has requested his LOI from Fresno State and multiple B12 teams are interested if granted. He is from Texas so I would assume the local schools will contact him but adding a 6'5" combo guard would be a nice way to add to the class if there is mutual interest.

Usually there they are late rising recruits that built relationships with the lower tiered coached and commit early. Devante Graham had a similar path his senior year, committed to App. State before requesting a spring release and going to KU.

Graham at least had some high major offers other than KU (NC St, Virginia, Providence, Virginia Tech, Xavier).
Maybe they'll start flying in for Likekele.
They have Loyola who is 36th in his ratings and then nobody until 121 in 2018.
In 2017, they had WSU at #8, ISU(r) at 49, Loyola at 97. To me that's a better conference.

I'm more concerned about THT.. That Memphis Rivals guy still believes THT will end up at Memphis.
Was just about to post this. Memphis going hard after THT and the LOI w/ ISU seems not to bother team Penny. He is not a college coach yet so his contact w/ THT is not limited at this time (for 24 more hours at least)

Penny would have had to do his work prior to signing at Memphis. If he still recruits him. It's a violation. Which nothing will be done about of course.
Technically, he is not a college coach yet but he is a Memphis alum and I would think that at best it is shady and at worst, illegal.
If you follow the history of Memphis hoops, that has never been a problem as they have never been in the national discussion UNLESS they were cheating like the dickens.
