Idea: ***OFFICIAL Can we get a chat room for game days forum***

F5 instead of hitting refresh, but live would be much better

I sent a message to CW asking if there could at least be a permanent LAST link that would take you to the last page without having to hit refresh.

That being said, I am finding it harder and harder to read the forums and watch games at the same time. When ISU is good, the game is much more interesting than the forums!

a gameday live chat would be a huge boost for me on this site. I would guess though that a big problem would be page hits. CW would need a separate advertising deal/partner for a lone chat to at least make up for the lost hits he would get from a gameday thread, which is probably going to be the most viewed thread that day. If CW could make it work, I would love it.

Full disclosure, this has always been my fear of a chat in the past. That and I spend the majority of games taking notes so it would be hard for me to conduct/moderate the chat while doing the work to write about the game as well.

I will say this. After basketball season, we are going to the drawing board as far as bringing new features to CF. Revenue is important but making the site as kick *** as possible is our number one goal. If we take care of you guys, the revenue part will take care of itself. Thanks a bunch for all of the ideas though. They are always appreciated.

Completely understand, this site is awesome and I think everyone is thankful that it is free. I wouldn't want the chat feature if it put any type of financial stress on the site's owners.

Best case scenario is something gets worked out with an advertiser who can make it happen.
