I agree with others, other than for a few minutes the team has played poor, the crowd is not into it (hard to blame them), and the announcers are also pretty poor. You can tell we have different expectations now, since we are upset to be up by 9 at halftime against anyone.

How are we lucky to be up 9? If anything, Buffalo is lucky they are only down 9. As bad as ISU has looked here, Buffalo has looked a whole lot worse.

I think we'll be alright but it seems like this always happens when our ranking gets bumped up. This team needs play with a chip on it's shoulder. If we were ranked in the teens we would probably be destroying these guys.

Agreed. Letting Buffalo stay around. Sloppy play on the break the last 5 minutes. Where's McKay on some of those rebounds? Even Niang's drive was a bad shot. Hope to see better the second half. Would like to see more movement away from the ball to make the defense work harder.

There is a fine line between swagger and cockiness and the leaders of the team need to realize they can't walk into every game and think they are going to win on talent alone. Wondering if UAB taught them anything.

This is stupid. They have played poorly but not from overlooking them. When we got up our movement on offense went away.

The crowds at Hilton are always overrated. 70% of it is 60+ year old donors. Then you have a student section where 30% of them go ohhhh for about 5 min then dead silent. Like this for all but like 3 games.
