I've recently started watching this. I'm near the end of season 2. I find myself wishing Jesse would get the picture and straighten up but I don't think he will.

Holy smokes! Is Walt going to dust his wife? Is she going to try to dust him? This show is intense.

That would be awesome if Hank turns. I could definitely see that happening. If Hank figures it all out, he will know that he can't bust Walt. 1) Walt is family so he will have to think twice. And the main point 2) His boss just got fired because Gus was "right under his nose". So if Hank does find out Walt is Heisenberg, then he's either fired, has to turn a blind eye, or will have to break bad.

This is a really good point. If/when Hank catches on, its no slam dunk as to what his next move is.

He said he took a peek at the laptop before the crew showed up, but it was encrypted. What if he actually saw the footage with Walt?

I would assume that the encryption would keep him from seeing anything. But maybe he did see Walt, and just lied about its status assuming that people would take his word for it?

Started watching this about a month ago on netflix and now I'm all caught up. I think Hank is starting to catch on. I don't think he knows anything for sure but he's starting to get suspicious. I think he asked Walt to go on all those stakeouts with him for a reason.

Best episode of season 5 so far. And the best part is that we all know it's only going to get better.

PS. When Skyler went into the pool and Walt jumped in to "save" her. He should have pushed her down instead of saving her. He could have played it off like he was trying to pull up and she was fighting to stay down and it would have totally worked. She could have been dead. Damn, that was a big miss by the writers.

Could have been intentional. Maybe it will be an example of the last few shreds of "good" Walt has left in him.

I'm thinking Sky is dead before this season resumes for the second half.

Am I the only one that doesn't hate Skyler with a passion?

No, I've kind of hated her all season. She was more fun when she was helping out.

I think this will be the main narrative for the rest of the season. He started out cooking to save his family but the series will end with him destroying the family. I bet Sky is going to botch a hit on Walt in the next couple episodes.

I have a feeling Sky is gone before the end of the first part of the season. After the intro in the first ep this season we now have got a year left to catch up to that. Looks like a lot still has to happen to get to that point.

True that. And if you recall when Skyler made the 51 with the bacon Walt called it a "tradition" that Skyler does it. (2 years in a row) The clip from the first scene of season 5 was on his 52nd birthday. Walt values his birthday and enjoys celebrating it with his friends and family. Walt was by himself in a diner and he was the one that made the 52 with his bacon. She has to be dead.

Hank saw Walt on the laptop but he can't say anything.....Walt paid all his medical bills. What's he going to do if/when he catches Walt? Hank will be seen as getting his bills paid with drug money.

No way Hank ever drops the hammer on Walt. He can't really.

Also, I find it interesting that they showed Walt a year ahead already. A bit of advice...if you have any friends that love the show have breaking bad mens night on Sunday night. I've been doing that since this season started and it's fun as hell.

Same, first TV show I have done this for and it's awesome to watch with friends and talk about theories and clues during the commercials.

Can't believe there's only four more of these before I have to wait again until next July :realmad:

Just got around to watching last nights episode. Easily best episode of the season so far. The scene with Walt and Sky fighting is so intense. Walt has just become a masterful manipulator and Sky is simply stuck. I don't think she dies anytime soon though. Also, I love that Hank is wearing his Heisenberg hat again. A sign that his confidence and leadership is swelling.

Walt's confidence is bordering on unwarranted arrogance. Its hard not to think it will be part of his downfall.

Aaron Paul tweeted that things get really crazy on tonights episode. Any predictions?

They steal those chemicals straight off a truck or train or something. Stuff goes down even though the plan was very thorough and Walt kills someone.
