I have never seen another player in college football that is as cocky as Tevin Reese. He was popping his jersey to the ISU fans and the band after scoring an early touchdown in Ames last year. Unfortunately for him the ISU secondary didn't take too kindly to his showboating and on his next attempt on a catch he was crushed between 2 defenders. They had to carry his *** off the field. No more jersey popping for that piece of garbage.
Unfortunately there are no video or gifs I could find of the hit... but there is this picture that was taken a few seconds before he got smashed. You can see the db's lining him up.

"Reese sustained a hit that knocked him out of the second half of last week’s loss to Iowa State."
Saturday is going to be a very, very bad day for you.
Saturday is going to be a very, very bad day for you.
Heard that last year too. How did that work out for you?
Just as we expected going into the game --- not well, because we had no running game and a ****-poor defense.
Tevin is averaging 26 yards per catch and a touchdown every 4 catches. Based on how we expect your defense to line up, there will be a steady diet of comebacks to Tevin for the first plays, followed by a shot over the top for a long TD.
If Tevin doesn't catch at least 2 TDs, I'll be surprised.
You are obviously an idiot but it's okay. I think Seatrunk and Glasglow sp? will have a great day, and BU will have plenty of passing yards, but ISU will eliminate over the top shots for the most part. It's just how the defense is designed. Force the team to earn the score and broaden the chance of an error or turnover.
I honestly think Tech's defense is far superior to BU and I don't think BU gets as much pressure on Sam as Tech did. That will help our offense out tremendously.
I'm sure KSU designs their defense to give up 93, 72, and 54-yard touchdowns, just like West Virginia designs their defense to give up 61 and 47 yard TDs through the air and 80 yard TDs on the ground....etc etc.
Nice insult, btw.
See the thing is, We get it, but we just don't care.
I don't know what those teams do from a defensive philosophy. I am willing to bet those teams blitz far more often than ISU does. ISU rarely blitzes and seem to always play 10 yards back on WRs. Sorry if you can't seem to understand that but try watching a game. Not saying those big plays wont happen, but Bear fan's constant badgering about blowouts, high scores, blah blah. That is why they play the game. We will find out Saturday. Just don't cry when BU doesn't cover like EVERY ISU fan knows they wont.I'm sure KSU designs their defense to give up 93, 72, and 54-yard touchdowns, just like West Virginia designs their defense to give up 61 and 47 yard TDs through the air and 80 yard TDs on the ground....etc etc.

This cracked me up.
Well done.
