This team looks like a ship without a rudder. Lipsey does a lot of good things for the team and I admire his heart and effort, but he is not a team leader when the team needs it most. Missing a floor general is killing this team. Hopefully TJ can find one for next year’s team.

I think it’s more lack of adjustments after other teams have scouted us. The pressure, our guards off the high ball screen, and we haven’t figured out a way in several games to respond.

This might be an odd take…but our defense feels a bit like Heacocks. Can body bag you if you are not ready but once scouted can be exposed.

I’ve been banging this drum for a bit now…who is the leader? Who is going to get in someone’s face? Hawley? It was Big Rob for 3 years.

The team gets built up so much on social media when they win a game or have a good performance by a player. It’s way too much, these guys will miss the double bye - they just aren’t as good as local media say. We want them to be , but they aren’t. They’ll be a three seed at best and easily won’t make it out of the first weekend because they are too inconsistent.
I need to not care so much and that is what I’m trying to do. My desire for them to be great can’t be more than their desire to be great. I’m disappointed and frustrated like everyone and that’s the best way I can say it.
