Crowd support has always been a 2 way street. This crowd wanted to explode multiple times and kept getting blue balled. When the team gives nothing back, as is the case when they give up a 23-7 run, that'll take the crowd out of it no matter the arena.
Crowd sounded great to start but the team needed to convert on some of those TOs

Still an entire half to go, let’s at least wait for the second half before we fully meltdown. We can come back as we won’t shoot that poorly in the second half but I’m worried about our rebounding and offensive strategy. Both have been terrible.

I feel another fan lecture coming on tomorrow’s Williams and Blum.

Hard for fans to get excited when the team can't make shots and makes bad turnovers and just runs screens at the top of the key over and over for an offense.

Need to get a sick dunk or something to get the crowd going. When you see a 6'9 dude do a contested layup while standing right next to the rim it's a lot less exciting than ******* slamming that thing.

Dunk the GD ball. Get the crowd HYPED.

I think part of it is we don't have the high end talent a lot of teams have but we have great chemistry and work ethic. So we come out great but as we get scouted we don't have the talent to adjust and overcome. It's been getting better every year and TJ is going to continue to upgrade the talent but we've had almost 0 NBA talent on any of these teams. I think Brockington is the only one that has even sniffed the league and nobody on this year's team will (maybe Tamin could get there).

I don't know why people don't or won't see this.

Each year they've had limitations and many of the teams they play have a few guys with some 'bounce' but those teams also take longer to gel and ISU has been able to jump on things early to get an early good record.

We’ve got as many steals as points off turnovers, 7.

This team more than any TJ team looks like it doesn't know what it wants to do on offense. There's very little movement, screens don't go anywhere, no bread-and-butter plays, it's just aimless.
It’s looking the same as previous. We just play roulette with who tries to save the team vs only having 1-2 players that can get a bucket

BYU is not good. They lost to 12-17 Providence by 20. Lost to Utah. Lost to Cincy by 20.

They should not be kicking our butts in Hilton.
On the Chris and Chris podcast they used, I think Torvik, and you can evaluate a team based on specific dates. I think they used Feb. 1 and I think they said they were #2 in the country.

I will sound like a broken record here, but we have no offensive sets or inbound plays that work to exploit a specific weakness or matchup. I am not a college level coach and obviously could be missing something, but I can’t figure out what we are doing other than dribbling around with a pick and roll or a give and go here or there.

BYU will also not shoot poorly again and likely won’t go again 9-10 minutes with 2 points and likely won’t turnover like 10 times again.

BYU turned it over 9 times in the first 10 minutes. When ISU does that they are not up 9 at half. Better start moving the ball and getting some open shots. Less Keshon dribbling too
