I will, I haven't said a word this entire football season or any seasons before this. I've been pretty content up until today. I just think its the worst loss in school history.

Nothing says you aren't an Iowa State fan more than saying this is the worst loss in Iowa State football history. It isn't even in the god damned top 20.
We could win out for all u know...And if we do we still could make the CCG..
Play like today and we wont but we are capable of winning out.
Say we lose to OU...8-4 sucks for expectations...but win a bowl game and finish 9-4 and we tie for most wins ever..again.
While still disappointing it would be a pretty good season.
It is a fine line...Lost @ Baylor by 2 pts after missing several FG's and just had 21pts screwed against us by refs...not 7 but 21... We are 5-3 and could easily be 7-1 and in the Top 10 right now..
But we aren't I get it.
Today's loss sucked but what sucked more is how this team came out and executed given what was on the line. Happens..
at some point when these things just keep happening, you just have to accept that you are what your record says you are.

Yep. Total **** show today by them. This type of let down hasn’t happened much recently, but it did today and it sucks.
True, we'll see how they bounce back the remaining 4 games. I guess anything is possible but I'm not seeing any way they win out now if Mike Rose doesn't come back.

ONE team we destroyed. Baylor was 7 points last year and they easily could have tied it late. But nice try.
You think today and last November's game vs. WV are related?
Are we just ignoring that WV last year showed up in Ames 3 weeks removed from their last game due to Covid issues?
And that this year's WV team lost by 3 to OU?
This most definitely ranks up there if you factor in the returning talent and expectations for this seaosn and its not really close. Cambpell has the deepest, most experienced and talented team at Iowa State this year that any of us have seen in our lifetimes and lost to a 3-4 team that got boatraced by Maryland.
To me that easily equates to one of the worst losses.

And they lost to Maryland and Tech of all teams in Morgantown, same Tech team that jsut fired their coach. This was a horrible loss any way you spin it.

Did they boatrace TCU, because I can tell you right now ISU won't beat TCU by much more if they even win that game.
I'd recommend going back and watching last year's team again and see just how 'dominant' they were.
