Our office has a STRICT no gambling/betting/bracket policy, however there is an underground scene. I don't see work slowing down much though as out of the building of around 500 people, I would say there are around 30 guys, and only about 10 of which care about sports.

we sometimes do pools when they are Packer games or baby birthdate ones. I don't think they do a basketball one though. Hopefully I get a lot done this week........as much as I want to pay attention to the games, I have a ******** of work to get done by my deadline.

I tried starting a pool with my friends but they are still butthurt about last year when I won it before the Elite Eight started.

And I don't think the office I work in on Campus does one.

I won one of my pools last year and still have received none of the winnings, although the commish collected from everyone at the beginning. Butthurt yes.

Our office does not regulate them and there are many going on. I however do not participate in them. I would pick to win and that doesn't necessarily correspond with who I want to win.

I have run a pool for the last eight or nine years, starting at my previous job. I have people I currently work with, formerly worked with, and friends and family of friends and family. Last year, I think I had about 45 entries (at a buck apiece, winner take all). I've never encountered a problem with having one at work, but I'm also fairly discrete about running it as well, aside from the people who I know will want to play it every season. They're too fun not to do!

My bosses are addicted to sports betting. They always set up pools, survivors, and a bunch random bets. And they always make the buy in a lot of money, which kind of sucks, except when you win. I won $1500 on super bowl squares.

470 women at your office? Do you work at a phonesex operation?
