Add Louisville and WVU for all sports. BYU for just football and ND for all Olympic sports. Now you got 12.
I don't want any partial members. Either all in or not in at all. I'd rather have Cinci in all sports than ND in olympic sports and BYU in FB.

God, let this be true. I don't know if this 27 month thing will be a factor in the end or if there's some way around it but if not, logically, wouldn't it make sense to bring them in at the SAME time? I'll be so happy when this stuff finally wraps up and we can move on.

I don't get why we would stop at 11. Wouldn't adding a 12th make sense in every way (a CCG would increase revenue, we could return to 8 conference games if we wanted to) regardless of how "good" they were? Even if Cincinnati is otherwise a drag on the conference, them being team #12 has to be a huge plus for all.

I hope that we add them both. That means we would go to 12 eventually, but we could take our time with it, sit at 11 for as long as we want, and try and get the best school we can when the contracts are up for renewal.

One can assume this is Plan A at this point in time. The question is whether they can get ND to decide on the B12 sooner than later. The added value of ND road games vs B12 teams would help pay going over 10 schools.

My insiders let loose that that ND is looking to ACC more than us now, he was really hopeful last week for ND, this week he says it all ACC and seem bummed.

Has anyone read a "ND to the Big 12" source OTHER than Chip Brown, or one that didn't reference the Orangebloods story...maybe one from a ND beat reporter? I'm thinking that this might be the latest shiny object from our Austin friends to show their willingness to move on from TAMU.

I say it's doubtful, no matter what the Big East does.

Not read, just talk to people closer and more connected to the programs than I am.
