Wow, the unselfishness of Kempt is amazing. He might be my favorite Cyclone.

Campbell loves Kempt. I don’t think a press conference has gone by during the win streak where Campbell hasn’t gone out of his way to praise him.

I know Kyle has said he’s not interested in coaching but it sure seems like he’d be a good one.

It was mentioned on one of the radio shows last night that this game will be one of the most important in program history. I'm going to say that it is ABSOLUTELY the most important. Yes we had two chances back in the early 2000's to get to the b12 championship game but the divisions were split back then and we were still losing to not so good teams. Having to play a full round robin schedule in this conference is a nightmare every year. Yet here we are with 2-3 games left, midway through November and all eyes are on us (if you have Longhorn network i guess).

Not sure if I missed this earlier but it sounds like Kempt basically told Coach Campbell after the TCU game that Brock was ready to play.
Yes, I didn't know that either, nice nugget of info if true. Earlier, Campbell said something to the effect of how Brock practiced like a starter and that's why he was put in for those series at Okie State.

That loud noise you just heard was the entire easten half of Iowa simeltaneously shating themselves.
And considering that this clown put us in the waiting list of Bottom 10 in begining of October...

Someone should ask him to quit his job.... I get it that we lost against EIU and OU but those losses were respectable, not blow outs.

It's amazing the perception issues missing that first game caused.

I didn't shat myself. ISU is solid, we knew that in the middle of last season and going into this season. Campbell is doing well there, ISU is recruiting, and ISU is winning. And, actually, they are a lot of fun to watch!

Has anyone talked about how well Purdy threw the ball in the cold weather against Baylor? That was a big considering that we have 1 or 2 more home games left.

It seemed like Seneca struggled a bit in cold weather at ISU although he lasted for 10 years in the NFL playing in Seattle and Cleveland. I am sure it was just a matter of him getting acclimated to it.
