IOWA CITY, Iowa—The Hy-Vee Cy-Hawk trophy is coming back to Ames. The No. 15 Iowa State gymnastics team secured the annual multi-sport contest with a 194.475-193.825 win over Iowa Sunday afternoon in Carver-Hawkeye Arena.
With only four points still up for grabs in the Cy-Hawk Series, Iowa State leads 14-9. The winning of the series marks the second time in the past three years the Cyclones have outdueled the Hawkeyes.
