I saw Kidd mention on twitter a while back that ISU was putting together an article on her family, so I was really looking forward to reading this. It's a great story.

I thought some of the details were familiar. That explains why.

Kidd is not just another kid about to end her career with the Iowa State WWB program. Fleshing out her life in that story makes her as human as possible and I admire her as much now as I ever have. Seems like everyone made the best they could out of the situation in her two families so what more can you ask. Have a super year Kidd!

Tis a GREAT story indeed. I know very little about the background of most of the girls. This kind of story makes you look at a person completely different.
