We don't know who it'll be, but hopefully they hire somebody soon. WBB coverage will suffer until they do, since La Gesse is already doing FB and MBB.

Last week, La Gesse was promoted to the top position in The Tribune’s sports department, a spot previously occupied by Courtney Linehan, who left in late August to become sports editor of the Lubbock (Texas) Avalanche-Journal.

La Gesse will continue to cover ISU football. He will also take over the ISU men’s basketball beat, leaving the Cyclones’ women’s basketball beat for his replacement, whom he is charged with hiring.
