Stay ranked and up there in the NET stuff and maybe even get a decent seed in the tourney.
Right just saying that if ISU stays ranked, they've continued to play like a decent team and the NET stuff etc. probably takes care of itself.
Also the highest ranked Big XII team in KenPom at #12.
Anyone else see the ball washing of Purdue over one win at home? A lot of B10 homers on ESPN which isn't surprising.
I thought we deserved a few spots higher but 2-0 this week at home should put us in the top 15. Would love to crack the top 10 sometime this season.

Road wins over tOSU and Wisconsin, won the last five. They are a little high IMO, but not like they have done nothing.
AP Purdue goes from unranked (#27 last week) to #16. lol
Purdue is a top 10 KenPom team. A lot of good wins and really only one bad loss (vs. ND). Their guard Carsen Edwards is probably the leader in the clubhouse for Big 10 player of the year too, that dude balls.

Wisconsin....some of the ugliest basketball a person can watch. I liked that they beat Michigan, but....and 3-5 tOSU?
Purdue avenged the shellacking they got by MSU earlier at home, and they also gave up 44 points to MSU in the 2nd half. They are good, but 27 to 16?
I love Gary Parrish's weekly poll attacks column so going to take a shot at my own Iowa State version today...
I looked at the 6 voters that don't have Iowa State ranked. Elton Alexander, of The Plain Dealer (Cleveland), didn't move Iowa State onto his ballot today which on it's own isn't completely ridiculous. But do you know who Elton moved up from unranked last week to #21 this week? Davidson! The #85 team on KenPom who picked up wins against sub 250 George Washington and sub 100 Saint Louis over the past week. Yikes Elton!
P.S. Two of those other 6 voters who have ISU unranked had ISU ranked last week. That's a pretty dumb move but such is life with the AP poll.

Luke DeCock having unranked Oklahoma at 16. I sometimes wonder if these writers get schools confused in other conferences.
Brant Wilkerson has unranked Washington at 16 and effin unranked Wofford at 21.
I thought it was funny how Michigan State beats Iowa and loses to Purdue, and does not move rankings, but KU beats Iowa State and loses to Kentucky, and drops 2 spots.
