I do not see green at all. I Think these uniforms were cool.

For those who turned on the game and thought we were in white, have you ever watched an Iowa State game before? You should know by now which way Iowa State is going in the first half. This is your way of trying to say the jerseys suck but it doesn't make you look very smart lol. Iowa State has always gone to the same basket in the first half.

I seriously don't understand the "I kept thinking Northern Illinois was us!" people. You've watched this team for how many games now, but Solomon runs down the floor in gray and you go "who's the big guy with the dreads?"

I personally thought they were really slick, and was kind of glad the cardinal and gold wasn't shoe-horned in like they were on the gray football jerseys. I get we have school colors, but we also have a logo (which was featured) and a mascot (cyclone/tornado tail stripe) that identifies the team if you're really that worried about lack of brand.

They look green. I keep wondering why whenever we score on Michigan State Nothern Illinois gets the points.

I had to look very hard to not see green. My eyes are older, but my television is new and I had a hard time seeing a grey uniform. Don't mind the alternative, but I think the uniforms lose something under the lights designed for television viewing.

You weren't watching on TV. Even thought they had a green tint on TV I knew there wasn't green in them but they DID look a bit green.

I also don't know how people were confused at which team we were. I mean, they weren't wearing helmets.

I'm re-watching the game on another TV and the grey is easier to see. So my eyes are old and I watched the game last night on a crappy TV. My test for a new TV will now include watching an ISU game with our grey uniforms.

I liked the idea, but thought they were poorly executed. I think the women's gray uniforms look pretty cool. They are the same template the men have worn the past few years and they are gray with the stripes being cardinal and gold. They look good because they still have our colors in them.

I made sure to watch the replay on TV when I got home before commenting. They didn't look green on my TV. My dad thought they looked green but he also thought my dogs bed was green and it's clearly grey. Maybe I'm colorblind or everyone else is lol.

Had a friend over who immediately said "Why is Iowa State wearing forest green?" I tried hard to see any green and all I saw was dark grey. Personally, I loved them.

I don't know- maybe game tickets, merchandise, donations...

Yeah...I am not going to buy merchandice like a cardinal and gold shirt because they wore gray once...and donation...gone. Now let's talk about tickets...i'm giving them up because of the uniforms. Just don't think the majority of sane fans think that way.
