I'm sure the word "upscale" is used extremely lightly. It is Campustown after all. I think there is a market for this with ISU students.

I think this place will be a hit. College students would love a dance floor that people actually go to. Plus these guys have unlimited funds so they'll keep putting money into it until it works.

I'm still trying to figure out how Campustown survives without People's.
How do they have unlimited funds at 25 and 20? How does a 20 year old think he can run a bar when he's never been able to (well legally) experience the scene.
not to name names here, but one of those owners knows Hoiberg really well, not that that has anything to do with the bar.
