they’re ranked at the following weights (per Intermat rankings):
133- 22nd
141- 27th
157- 7th
165- 14th
174- 23rd
197- 23rd
Hwt- 21st

Lot of good matches in there. Great opportunity for Ramazan to prove he deserves to be ranked at 133, a chance for Judge to prove the Cole Moody match wasn’t a fluke, Joel to solidify his top 20 ranking, and a chance for Sam to climb the rankings at HWT.

The 133 pounder is borderline ranked & Brenner at 174 is also borderline ranked

I didn’t realize Franek was that good. I don’t remember David ever having trouble with him. Is the number 2 guy at 57 in the Big 12?

Probably Sheets, Wright & Franek are pretty close

David is 3-0 vs Franek. Closest match was an 8-2 decision for Carr. Franek is good, David is just on another level.

2nd ranked guy at 157 is Ryan Deakin from Northwestern (who happens to be Davids lone non-redshirt collegiate loss)

It really seems like Deakin is the only one who has a legitimate shot at David.

Is the other guy that was seeded above David back and still at 57?

If I remember correctly he was the 3 seed and him and the 4 seed knocked of 1 and 2 in the semis.
