I think it's time for the NCAA to have it's own enforcement agency made up of people who don't watch sports. NOT people that hate sports...people that don't watch it.

Maybe some older women like my mom. She doesn't care about it...but she knows enough that schools that cover up rape and child molestation should probably get the death penalty.
