MWC/New Big 12/Big East/Conference USA

I have seen several blogs stating ISU would have a shot at all of these conferences, yes the Big East will be raided, but not like the ACC. I think a new Big 12 incorporating the Big East, remaining teams from the Big 12, 3-4 teams from the MWC, along with a few teams from C-USA, would be a great league.
