We are looking for any information on metro/north metro/central Iowa 12U softball teams in need of players. Our daughter currently plays on a 12U C team ("coaches" way over estimated our team and put us in B league this spring, but we are C at best). Softball is her first love but where we live there are not many options for more competitive organized softball other than the local rec league. We live in Ames and Ames does have a team (we currently play through Gilbert) but looking for other possible options since our team won't be able to field a team for fall league. The further north in the metro the better. 
She currently loves catching and is specializing at that position, but can play any position. Just even team names to look into would be helpful. Most teams we've seen have tryouts soon for fall rosters. Thanks!
