Grilled brats on my Weber kettle Friday night. We were out and about today. Going to do steaks Sunday night and do ribs and pork tenderloin on the offset smoker Monday.
Well, there's Chilean Sea Bass which has been pretty popular but it's real name is Patagonian Toothfish and for some reason restaurateurs didn't think that name would appeal to diners, lol.
Did some bacon cheddar burgers on the Weber. Also put a couple slices of of onion on the Weber. Got busy and kinda forgot about them after I had turned them. Oops!! I did get to them in time and as I had turned the heat to low. Probably the best bacon cheddar burger I’ve done.
