Meeting CFers in non-virtual settings

Well, I had the good fortune and honor of meeting CFer kgreeny in person last night, and we had some amazing chow and awesome beers together, and talked about life, the universe and everything.

Ends up we have lived parallel lives, and came very close to meeting each other at one time or another. It's kind of cool how these real world meetings happen.

We had chatted about maybe meeting from time to time, but since I live just a couple miles from where he works, we finally got it done.

Anyone else have some interesting stories of meeting up with CFers, or other virtual friends for real?

Went out to eat with cyismydog
Met cyrevkah and CycloneErik at a basketball game

Cytyler is my cousin, we go to Iowa State football and basketball games together.

I've met Jeremy, CyGal, ISUFan, chadm, and others at a CF tailgate several years ago. I knew MNClone back in college. I'm married to mrs.jdoggivjc...

Met CycloneErik for lunch a couple weeks back. Will be meeting many more Fanatics on Friday. I'm actually a little frightened for my life and I'm pretty sure that we'll end up in jail, at least those of us who can't run that fast.

Am I the only one who wonders who isn't on here? I meet all these guys who say they are big fans, makes me wonder if they are here?
