then do you think he was being biased like your original post eluded to, or do you think he was purposefully knocking on the big 10 just to try to regain some respect from fans of other conferences? look, herbie did go to osu, desmond went to michigan, but i just don't see them coming off with that much bias to the big 10 when they cover games, or during gameday. espn does have a package with the big 10, or at least they show a lot of their games, but i have never heard either one of those guys claim that the big 10 is the superior conference if it is not. as far as asking him for his prediction, i think they can't ask because it is a conflict of interest for him to predict the outcome of the game he is calling, and therefore espn won't allow him to do so. i'm sure that keith jackson wouldn't be allowed to make a prediction to any of the games he is covering, or any other commentator. corso does it on the pregame show, but he isn't actually calling the game. and for the record, i hate the big 10 and most of their fans.
