Anyone see the play he made to end the half against Tech? Scored on a floater with like three seconds left, stole the ball and scored again. Haven't seen anything like it this year.

Hassel tweeted out that thread that I started about him and a bunch of his followers said I was a troll for saying Okie State is still a tourney team and can go deep.

Marcus Smart coming back wasn't just the talent, but the FIRE they needed to get back to winning. They'll be a low seed, but I think they can go far in the tournament.

Yeah that was pretty cool. I don't which team winning would be better for ISU in this one.

I'll have to wait for the highlights. Watching Virginia - Notre Dame here. Tied up at 30 at the half.

Smart getting suspended sucks for us. With Smart OK St is at least 6-7 right now, having beat at least one of OU and UT, thereby helping ISU. Instead, at first glance the Ok St win is marginalized, we still face an uphill climb to finish #2 or #3, and we are likely to face an on the bubble OK St team with a rested Smart in our last home game.

I think Ok St is going to a tough out in Hilton. We will have a tourney spot already, bu they'll still be fighting for one. Senior night is going to be an absolute battle.

Great minds think alike. And a minute apart.

Whats odd is in all of this, he has a chance to have a heroic storybook end to his college career. If OSU gets to 20 wins, even after the big 12 tourney, they'll get a bid. If he plays great, people will ignore his discipline issues. It won't be easy but going 4-2 over this stretch, with a win over either ISU or KU, will get them in.

We definitely need a great crowd on hand for that game. Senior night, playing for better seeding in the Big 12/NCAA tournaments, another shot at taking down OSU will be enough for the fans..hopefully enough for the students.

We'll see. They could win today and they would still have a lot to prove. They weren't doing that good before he got suspended.

That game has the potential to be their tourny resume calling card, that plus Ejim's last game at Hilton and you've got the potential for a great atmosphere.

I agree. That little shoving incident might have forced Smart to refocus. Going to be a very tough game.

Teams have rough patches. Their not playing that well was way overblown- the only loss that was bad was at home against Baylor.

I still, once in awhile, play my PS2 NCAA Basketball game, and that last sequence reminded me of my 1-2-2 full court press. I made a basket, went right into my FC press, immediately picked off a pass, and the computer automatically controlled my player to score again -- off the glass.

BTW, I'm rooting for Tech in this game. I want a "beaten-down" Okie Light team to play in Hilton on Sr Night!

Well, he does have a couple of games left before playing us. There are literally thousands of fans for him to shove between now and then. Just sayin'.

It will just take 1 more loss for everything to come crashing again. OSU is not a mentally tough and well coached team.
