So, was the 'piece of crap' comment what made Smart go after the 'super fan' or was that when Smart was in his face? If the latter, do we know what 'super fan' said to get the initial reaction out of Smart?

I wouldn't be surprised if he used a racial slur or someone next to him. Even those old ladies were being annoying with their fingers in his face. Several former players have come out and said that Orr said stuff to them and said when they played at Tech they were routinely called the n word.
We saw earlier this year Ejim flip off the fans at BYU for saying crap to him.

Sometimes I wish I could play the race card if I did something wrong. I don't believe Smart thought the guy said that. I think he got caught up in things, and used that as a scapegoat :realmad:

When I first read this on Saturday, I thought he literally punched a fan. Like, a fan that blows cool air in the summer.
