Idk if anyone else had followed Iohan on his journeys over the years..... but he died by suicide after a long battle with insomnia from sleep apnea....

I have watched several of his videos. He has an interesting vibe. When he he first started, I don't know how he stayed alive in the cold with his gear let alone that crappy bike kept riding. Pretty amazing story really. Sorry to hear that he took his life. Bummer. Thanks for sharing.

Every once in awhile I'm reminded I need to check out these ultra-adventure guys. It's inspirational to get out and do something new or push myself (especially when I think a 25 mile ride on a flat paved bike path is hard work). I felt this last year when watching Free Solo.
