Holy crap I don't care about most of those. I consider myself a modern man, but come on! Half of division 1A gets into a bowl....Poinsettia? Papa John's? New Mexico? ...these need to be cut back.

As far as BCS goes: -Wake Forest with the upset
-USC in a squeaker
-Boise State, proving their legitimacy
-Ohio State in a blowout

Big 12 PREDICTIONS:

Auburn will be favored over Nebraska. Lots of their fans were burned out in the cold in KC last night and will not be travelling to Big D. 21-14.

Okahoma should beat Boise State and stuff their rushing game. 28-10.

Texas should bomb Iowa. Lots of their fans may not go to San Antoine.

Kansas will get out their crying towel and stay home as expected (Okie State was more attractive.)

UPSET SPECIAL: Middle Tennesee will beat powerhouse Central Michigan 35-34.

Oklahoma State will crank it up over Alabama. 35-17.
38-14.

Oregon State will squeek by Missouri. 31-28.

Texas A&M will rush over California. 28-17.

Rutgers will rise for Kansas State. 24-14.

Texas Tech will pass over Minnesota. 45-21.

That Bowl name is almost as bad as the PapaJohn's actual pizza.

I'll take the following as my winners: TCU, Oregon, Rice, East Carolina, New Mexico, Utah, Hawaii, Central Michigan, UCLA, OK State, Cal, Rutgers, Clemson, Oregon State, Houston, Texas Tech, Purdue, Boston College, TEXAS, Virginia Tech, Miami, Penn State, Neb, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Oklahoma, Wake Forest, LSU, Cincinnati, Southern Miss, tOSU

WOW..there are too many bowl games.

If Colt McCoy is playing, Iowa might as well just bend over right now. Texas is supremely superior at every position. I'll enjoy watching that.
I will be drinking beer and having a deep belly laugh during this game. Should this be an official CF outing? Just kidding. I wish Iowa luck. I hope no one gets severely injured.

As for the BCS games...aren't they typically played one right after another? What is the deal with the International and GMAC bowls being held between the Sugar Bowl and the Championship game?

Texas is going to make the Hawks look like the Jr High practice squad and I am going to love every minute of it. Texas by 28 is my guess but Texas by 56 is my dream.....

was kansas snubbed?

Eight spots for 9 Big 12 teams of 6 wins. 7-5s always msut go over 6-6 teams. Okie State chosen over J Hawks. Even if we had won six games while losing to kansas, we would not have been picked over Okie State and KState.

Come on, you're seriously gonna tell me that you don't wanna kick off the new year by watching Ohio vs. Southern Miss or Cinci vs. Central Michigan? :angry6wn:

what happended to the houston bowl from last year, is that over or changed sites already. and then why are the gmac bowl and international in the middle of the bcs. this bowl system is getting way outta hand. Someone needs to limit the amount of bowls there are.

what is up with all these new bowls. some of them I have no clue why they exist. I remember playing the boise bowl or something like that up at boise st. now that bowl isn't there because boise st. is goin to a bcs. Now we have a New Mexico bowl that New Mexico makes. Wtf. Why not have an Ames Bowl and invite our 4-8 Cyclones play Baylor at Jack Trice. When teams like Iowa 6-6 can make it to a bowl you have to know there is too many bowls. I am all for a playoff system where the top 16 or 32 teams go to a playoff style championship. This would also resolve the Michigan vs. Florida controversy.
