Know nothing about the guy aside from what I just saw on his 247 offer list and rating: I’m sure we can all do better and this is a mutual agreement. Wish him the best of luck.
They were at 14 for next year before the decommit. Now at 13.
They can go up to 15 but sounds like they don't want to go beyond 13.
They will probably want to bring at least a few transfer into the program.
