I am thinking about purchasing a used Nissan Titan, preferably 2005-2007. Has anyone had any experience with these? Most of the reviews I have read seem pretty positive for the most part, but I am looking for some fellow Cyclone feedback. Thanks in advance.

My dad has one for work, and it's been great to him for the last 6 years. No issues really, other than this summer we drove long distance in the heat, and the air conditioner froze up.

Other than that, beastly truck.

When I was looking to trade my Dodge I was surprised at how cheap the Nissans were compared to other makes with similar options. Especially after reading the reviews. (I'm talking used)

Want to buy an 08 tundra crewmax with 4x4 and trd package?

I may have a deal for you by end of the year...my new job requires a 4yo or newer truck.

I wouldn't buy a new one since they seriously need a redesign but for the years you're looking at they are not bad.

What kind of deal we talking? Tundras are my favorite, but seem to be quit bit pricier.

A guy at work has one. Nice truck overall but it sounded like the differential requires religious serving at the recommended intervals by Nissan. It's not a problem unless you allow it to become one.

My dad had one, don't think he had any complaints. Traded it off on a GMC, just because he's of that generation/thinking that he needs a new vehicle every few years.

Bought a 2007 new and had no problems with it. Decided I wanted 4 wheel drive so bought a new one in 2010. I have pulled boats and my trailer with a couple of ATVS like its nothing. Good trucks. Also my wife drives the Frontier and no problems with it either.
Had a Chevy Silverado for about 9 months before I bought the 07 Titan. Chevy was the worst truck I ever owned.

I owned a 2007 for a couple years. Great truck, I had the 4 door crew cab version with the short bed. I never had any troubles with it. It was awesome in the winter and with the amount of leg room in the back, you could EASILY fit 5 adults (even tall adults, as before I bought it I put the seat where I'd have it, then got in the back seat and didn't have any trouble, and I'm 6'2").

I'd give up my Camry in no time to get it back...it got traded off for an SUV for my better half...::grumbles::
