Jesus H. Christ (I heard his dad is a big cyclone fan.) 6'1", 185 lb. Yes, he's a little undersized for a center but he can rebound; great leadership abilities. He could really be the saviour of this program.

I have heard of him. I believe he mostly plays street ball in mexico. He can play some ball though with the best of them. He may be small but he's got a lot of heart is unreal at making the prayer shot from half court or beyond. He could really work miracles for this program!

I dont know who it is but i trust that if McDermott wants this guy then he is going to be a good addition regardless of ratings. He doesnt need a name...just the desire to play cyclone basketball.

Christ or Brasky would be a good addition too :D

yes mcd is is the messiah, if he is in on a huy he must be the bestest hardest working guy on the planet, and he will be proud to be a cyclone. Just like honacheck(refuses to return), hoiberg(didnt come back for most pathetic reunion of all time last year; edwards and holliday... wow), meyer (see hoiberg), cato, fizer and tinsley!!!!!

There are some who post here that consider them selves "born again Christians," myself included. We believe that Jesus Christ is the promised messiah, the Son of God. To us it is very offensive and insulting to have our Savior refered in such a degrading and blaphemous manner. Christians are the one group that is fair game for any type of ridicule or discrimination that the public and media chooses. Carry on.

Totaly agree, I was really offended and I considering if I want to view a site that allows put down of others and their beliefs. The posts were not cute or brash or funny. The posts were very degrading and show a total lack of concern for others!

There are some of us on this site that consider ourselves "Bill Braskyists" who believe Bill Brasky is the second coming. (Could anyone but the messiah drink two gallons of antifreeze and not get sick?) So please don't mock Bill Brasky.

All hail Bill Brasky!

(P.S. - I too am a Christian and am in no way offended by the previous posts. I did not read any malice in those posts toward Jesus Christ nor toward Christians.)

Re: Mystery Recruit

I don't really feel the need to defend myself, but I was not trying to offend when I mentioned "Jesus H. Christ" as the possible mystery recruit.

I was merely making light on the fact that everyone that was posting previous to that was really building up this "mystery recruit." And the greatest figure I could think of was Jesus Christ. Besides don't you think God has a sense of humor-Look what he keeps doing to cyclone fans at the end of each football season.

To tell you the truth I feel a little offended that you said that what was said offended you, but being a strong christian myself I forgive you for offending me. Really it are christians that always act holier-than-though that brings ridicule to the faith-I think Jesus would preach tolerance.

Re: Mystery Recruit

Yeah, I'm Catholic myself, and I didn't find it offensive.. a little humorous actually... as long as we all agree, when the game's on the line, we're giving him the ball lol.

Re: Mystery Recruit

As a born-again believer, I knew the post was made in jest. In no way, was there any context to defame Christ's name or image.
Enjoy humor - it's from God afterall!

Re: Mystery Recruit

The 3rd page of this thread is hilarious by the way.

Think of this lineup for next year:

Rahshon Clark
Will Blaylock
Bill Brasky
Jesus H. Christ
Chuck Norris

And if Morgan was coaching them, they would still finish 7th in the Big 12.
