This might come off wrong, but for a team that has won 9 in a row in conference, I'm really not scared of Kansas State. I'd be shocked if this game doesn't go down to the wire, hopefully our guys can make plays at the end this time to get a big win!

KSU typically doesn't blow you out (5 of 9 wins are by single digits, 3 range from 10-13 and one (over OSU) by 18). They excel at the close game (which we've experienced firsthand). Obviously if we play like we did Saturday, anything is possible, but if we play well, I expect the game to come down to the last two minutes either way.

No teams in the league are good enough to be scared of.
Frankly, very few in the entire country are.

I about laughed myself into hysteria last night watching Texas/KSU. During a timeout midway through the first half after a mini Texas run, Shaka screaming at his players "You're better than them!" "Don't take them seriously, you're better than them!"

I understand psychological warfare, mind games etc. But if he really believes it, he is delusional. Not surprised him and his bully mentality produce a perennial underachiever. Guessing if they miss the tourney this year, he's gone.

I want to believe in this team I really do but that TCU loss is inexplicable.

If Wiggs doesn't score 14+ points he's a detriment since his defense is deplorable.

If Halliburton passes up a wide open 3 just to dish it to a worse shooting mate my head is going explode.

I hope prohm cattle prods THT when he does that stupid step back 3 in practice.

I've bounded back and forth on this game, but I just feel like we will pull it off in a close one.
KSU has to be my 2nd/3rd least favorite team in the Big12. I want the win just so KSU had a worse chance of winning the league

I predict that starting this year and onwards, the Octogon of Meth will be known as the Home of the Prohm. Iowa State 77, Purple pussies 70.

I also predict that Kyle Petty will win the Daytona 500. For a final prediction, Tim McGraw will slap a fan in the face at the great Jones County Fair.

I like your prediction, but I would guess the O/U on this game is less than 140.

Well, Diarra recieved surgery so I'm sure he is out. Without their 6th man they aren't playing very deep. In fact, the majority of the minutes against Texas were their starting 5. We need Horton Tucker and Wigginton to drive, a lot. Force some fouls and get a couple of players in trouble. They can handle losing Diarra, but they were straight ass cheeks without Wade. And I'm convinced Barry Brown is their best player.
