We are heading down this weekend for the bachelor party. Anyone in KC familiar with the current Covid guidelines and whether any bars are open or closed?

Masks still required on entry and when not seated - mostly all are open especially if their is a restaurant component. Have a fun time.

Have a son in KC. He thinks capacity limits just ended in the last few days but masks and distancing still required. He’s not positive, his main activities are golf and basketball and picking up bbq, but thinks he heard that on radio lol
That's good timing if it's true. As long as we can find some place that'll let us come in and be overcharged for drinks we'll be happy

Power and Light District is the place for you then. Supposed to be a bit cooler this weekend, so just bring a jacket/sweatshirt and you'll be fine with the heat lamps they have if you chill outside.

Not exactly sure.
Alcohol and full nudity is straight up banned in strip clubs and other adult entertainment businesses in Missouri. One of the strictest laws in the country I believe.
Probably for the best. Drunks around strippers is usually pretty explosive.

Wound up at a strip club one time in college and one of the guys in our group, who I didn't know real well, was pretty wasted and had apparently never been to a strip club before. One of the strippers talked him into a private dance and his dumb*** didn't realize each time she asked "do you want me to keep going" it was a new dance he had to pay for.

Let's just say it created a bit of a dicey situation for the group...

Everything is open. Bars and Restaurants have capacity limits, but most of them have been creative and set up outside areas. Westport has streets blocks off to make outside seating easier. You will need a mask everywhere, but once your are eating and drinking you can take it off. It's not that bad, you will still be able to do everything with limited restrictions.

I know paint balling is a little played out but I went for my cousins Bachelor party about 10 years ago.
So much fun. Took a party bus to the course, then paintballing all afternoon and finished with a bon fire. Was cheap overall too.
I know it wasn’t on your lis
Jaegers Paintball is in the caves there. Super fun if that's your thing.
