Boesen has two catches I believe. A little 6-7 yard hook where he made a relatively tough catch for a big guy was the second.

I watched a practice and he caught several balls in traffic and abused a DB after the catch once..pre season I knew what we had and that was more than capable TEs who were good at blocking. And here we are 4 games in and they've seen ball twice when we should have been throwing to them in oh...say iowa game 2nd half over middle to back those safeties off but wth do I know.

Kind of frustrating to realize that we, in addition to our receiving corps, have a good set of TE's that aren't passed to. Bigger knock on the QB situation since the line has given Sam plenty of time.

Sam is not great, but I don't think we can put a lot of the blame for this on him. The coaching staff, for some bizarre reason, has purposely not targeted tight ends or the middle of the field for that matter.

Funny story. I went out for my birthday at The Lumber Yard last year. I believe it was during the bye week between KU and TTU. My friend was having a smoke outside so I followed him out, and I notice a big black dude wearing Iowa State stuff. Nice dude and was happy to have a conversation with some fans of the team. He looked kind of excited since he isn't really a known player until now. But I never realized how big he was until I saw him amongst the other players on the field this Saturday.

Noticed him on the sidelines before the kickoff and everyone in my section was kinda "Who is that guy???"

He's pretty much as big as Campos.

Um. You're probably right but this is different. I think I meant to post that in the "KU's Iowa State moments" thread. He went for Lazard as if he had the ball. I just thought it was hilarious.
